The flat was big with aiк conditionning, parking and elevator.
The windows were to the highway which awoke us in the 6 in the morning because of the noise. The staff in the office was not very friendly and it was difficult to find both the office and the appartment at first.

The location. 50 meter to the beach. The flat located in block 2 stairs 3, appartment 3. Is at the level of the swimming pool. For us was perfect.
The air conditioner was not working. They spend 3 days to fix it. The bed are very bad. The tv is old. It is not very clean. No room service, during the stay they don't change the towels.

The best thing was the location, as we could see the sea from the flat's windows :) The flat was spacious and nicer than we thought we would get for the money (we got a two-bedroom flat when we were expecting a one-bedroom one, lucky upgrade maybe? :D ) Nice restaurants nearby, which is great if you're not planning on cooking your own meals.
No microwave on the flat nor hair dryer was found on the flat, and they were not provided during the time we stayed. The bedding and towels could use some renewal. Be prepared to spend good money on transportation as the flats are a bit away from Valencia's downtown (on the plus side, that also means a bit less people crowding the beach). No supermarkets or groceries nearby. Probably best if you rent a car for an extended stay. Finally, there was no Internet conection of any kind at the flat we stayed in.
